DEPARTMENT OF ZOOLOGY
To foster students' reverence for life, nature, and cultivate expertise in animal sciences through quality education and research.
Educating and empowering graduates to contribute to sustainable development, conducting impactful research, and providing expert advice to foster environmental understanding, conservation, and sustainable resource management.
☞ To provide comprehensive education in Zoology, equipping students with a strong foundation in animal biology, behavior, ecology, and conservation.
☞ To conduct impactful research that expands our understanding of animal life, contributes to scientific knowledge, and addresses pressing issues in the field of Zoology.
☞ To promote the conservation and sustainable management of wildlife and their habitats through research, advocacy, and the development of effective conservation strategies.
☞ To engage with the community and raise awareness about the importance of biodiversity, environmental conservation, and ethical treatment of animals.
☞ To establish collaborative partnerships with academic institutions, conservation organizations, and industry stakeholders to foster interdisciplinary research and address global challenges in Zoology and wildlife conservation.
